Collective Agreements

In 2026 our bargaining teams negotiated two new collective agreements – with Te Whatu Ora, and for GPEPs with the RNZCGP.

From the 2027 training year, GPEP1s will be employed by Te Whatu Ora, and will be covered by the Te Whatu Ora collective agreement.

The University of Otago Dental House Surgeon collective agreement was negotiated in 2025, and will be up for renegotiation in 2028.
