Resident Doctors' Day 2026

Happy Resident Doctors’ Day to you all, a good chance for us to pause and recognise the work we all do across Aotearoa New Zealand (though “pause” may be optimistic, depending on what your shift is looking like!).

On behalf of NZRDA, thank you for the care you give, the judgement you bring, and the support you offer your colleagues. Days like this are not a fix for the pressures of the job, but they are a moment when we can collectively celebrate our contribution.
