What is the Collective Agreement?

The collective agreement between the New Zealand Resident Doctors’ Association and Te Whatu Ora (Health New Zealand) is the national agreement setting out the terms and conditions of employment for all resident medical officers, who are members of NZRDA.

The Agreement covers all the important parts of your work life including hours of work, salaries and remuneration, costs of training, wellbeing, safety and leave.
